Our specialty is the complete management of the Technical Office of the congresses.
Being involved in all its areas, we accompany and work with the different teams that participate in it. From the direction of the program, to all the collaborating entities involved (associations, partners, exhibitors). With a global vision, we are able to centralize the main objectives of the event.
Most of our work resides in the management of speakers, leaders of opinion, to whom we give a completely direct and personalized treatment. We are managers of emotions.
Networking & VIPS
To drive your event forward, we conduct a thorough recruitment and follow-up process to attract various VIP profiles, Hosted Buyers, industry leaders, opinion leaders, brand ambassadors, and other individuals with a perfect balance between their interests and needs.
Calls for
We manage the different stages and teams involved in the calls for content participation, whether in Call for Speakers, Call for Awards, Side Events or Call for Start-ups.
We assist in the preparation of the bases and form of the calls, through the assignment and control of evaluators to the coordination and staging during the event (exhibitions, presentations, awards ceremony…). We also coordinate and manage any other parallel event taking place during the congress.
Our method, tools and technology allow us to dedicate ourselves to review and take care of all parts of the process.

Side events to enhance the brand
We handle the participation of the Collaborating Entities of an event (associations, partners, exhibitors) when they organize their own parallel activity or session.
We are the interlocutor between them and all the teams involved in its management: audiovisual equipment, catering or communication department, ensuring all the needs are met and accomplished on time. We also play an important role in the dissemination and promotion of the final program, compiling and editing all the necessary documentation.
